Life is never easy & we can all to often take for granted the love & support of a close & nurturing family network, sadly not all children experience this.
The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people.
Throughout the past 42-years we have successfully delivered award winning sports intervention programmes to vulnerable young people living in the UK and abroad.
This year we have taken on numerous challenges & got to know the people behind this great charity & some of their young ambassadors who are living proof the process works!

Lennox Children's Cancer Fund
What could be more unimaginable than sitting in a Doctors office & being told "i'm sorry but your child has Cancer"?
Lennox support families through childhood cancer.
For 30 years, they have provided a lifeline for children and their families experiencing the trauma and heartache of a childhood cancer diagnosis.
When opportunity knocked we embraced the challenge of 8 weeks of training to step into the Ring via the Zero2Hero program run by LCM Boxing.
