With 26 Years experience of Working for the UKs leading Private Bank, Coutts & Co., in a variety of roles where I worked at Associate Director level before opting for VR.

It became evident when working on Projects and taking on Secondment opportunities that I had more to offer after excelling in a Business and Process Improvement role during 2023/24.

During my professional career I have set up a digital workflow system to track mortgage leads in the ultra high net worth wealth bracket and efficiently distribute cases to specialist advisors.

I have also worked on Risk projects and created a platform providing weekly Management Information to track early warning debt issues.  As well as moving manual review processes to a system based solution. 

Working in Fraud Prevention I created a profiling system in order to stop Card Fraud in its tracks, using market intelligence as well as human observation to keep pace with new and more sophisticated fraud patterns.

I have a genuine interest in creating the best possible solution for clients and enabling them to make the next step forward with their business plans and growth ambition.
